SB 1175: Providing Local Governments Flexibility in SB 1383 Compliance
Senate Bill 1175 requires CalRecycle to consider alternatives to census tracts when deciding the boundaries of a jurisdiction eligible for a waiver of some or all of the collection requirements of SB 1383 (Lara, 2016).
