SB 1245: Streamlining IHSS Paramedical Forms
Senate Bill 1245 will streamline the process for receiving In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) by authorizing the same professionals who sign the initial form to obtain those services to also sign the form to authorize IHSS paramedical services.
