SB 1468 – Notice to DCA Licensees Regarding New DEA Rule
Senate Bill 1468 requires the Department of Consumer Affairs to notify licensees authorized to dispense narcotic drugs that they can now dispense a three-day supply of narcotic medication to start detoxification or maintenance treatment for opioid users.
