SB 683 provide a collaborative environment for municipal separate storm sewer system regional permitting. This will afford the opportunity for permittees who are responsible for implementation and oversight of the proposed permit to participate in the development of said permit in order to lessen financial impacts on existing programs and processes established by the permittees in their respective area.
