SB 778: Updates and Improvements to the “Call Before You Dig” Law Bill Language
SB 778 adds non-pressurized sewer lines and storm drains to the definition of “subsurface installation.” It also makes a number of technical and functional changes to the “Call Before You Dig” Law.
